1/2 cup of honey
1/4 cup of coconut oil, or melted butter
1 and 1/2 cups of oatmeal flour, or wheat flour substitute
1 and 1/2 cups of oats
pinch of salt
3/4 cup of 70% or 85% dark chocolate pieces
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup peanuts
splash of almond milk, milk, or milk substitute as required for cookie dough consistency
Pregeat oven to 180 degrees celsius. Line tray with baking paper and spray with canola spray.
Combine all ingredients and spoon onto the tray 3cm apart.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
