Dairy free, egg free and flourless. These chocolate biscuits are filling, yum and easy to make.
1 cup almonds
1 cup oats
4 tablespoons cacao or cocoa
1 tablespoon maple or honey
4 tablespoons of chia pudding (egg replacement)
150g dark chocolate
Preheat oven to 180*C.
Blend almond and oats to almost a powder consistency.
Add remaining ingredients and blend until combined.
Roll dough into shape and place on a tray lined with baking paper.
Break the dark chocolate into pieces and gently press into the top of each biscuit.
Place in oven for 20 minutes.
Remove and allow to cool.
