2 cups oats
1 cup buckwheat
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup mixed nuts
2 tablespoons cacao
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
7 dates chopped
1 cup water
Simmer chopped dates and water for 5 minutes.
Either line tray with baking paper or spray oil etc to avoid sticking.
Combine all ingredients and place into the baking tray.
Bake for 20 minutes at 150 degrees C. Stirring at least once in that time. Take out and allow to cool. And that's it.
