Preservative free, dairy free, vegan and clean eating. This 3 ingredient recipe is easy to make and healthy.
1 and a half cups of roasted cashews
1 tablespoon of peanut oil
pinch of salt
I used cashews that were already roasted but wanted to bring out the flavour a little more. So I dry roasted them on high for 4 minutes stirring about every ten seconds to make sure that they didn't burn.
Then I blended the cashews, peanut oil and salt for about 4 minutes. You can blend for longer if you prefer a smoother consistency. Periodically stop blender and push down mixture on the sides of the container.
