Quick and healthy, this raw cherry ripe recipe is a healthy alternative made from real fruit.
1 cup fresh coconut
1 cup cherries (frozen or fresh)
100g dark chocolate
Blend the coconut and cherries. Place mixture into cupcake containers. I used silicon moulds because they hold their shape better.
Melt the dark chocolate and pour over the mixture and place into freezer.
